Chief Executive Officer (Executive Director) is the top management of the organization. Auxiliary of the management is structured in four functional divisions namely

(a) Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research (PME&R) division;
(b) Program Implementation (PI) division;
(c) Human Resource Management (HRM) division;
(d) Administration and Finance (AF) division. In addition, considering the necessity, another functional section named Internal Audit (IA) section has been included under the AF division, but section chief is directly reportable to the ED.
